Refund Policy – Bardibal LLC
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to obtain a different item is to return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
