Shipping Policy – Bardibal

This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders placed through Kucedra LLC, trading as Bardibal.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to selected international locations. If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified during checkout or after placing your order.


5. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, carrier delays, or other external factors outside our control.

Kucedra LLC, trading as Bardibal, is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Kucedra LLC, trading as Bardibal, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
